Granddaughters (ages 5 and 3) love the dolls and new dollhouse. Imagination is encouraged and they not only like playing together, but invited me to join them and play with grandma doll (LOL) What fun.

I like that it represents an extended family group and allows for creative relationship practice between a variety of sexes, generations, etc.

Despite an unusual 'glitch' in the billing processs (that wasn't Hayneedles fault), this item arrived before the anticipated delivery date and I received excellent service/communication from Mike N. in customer service.

Charming, simple, happy "dollies" were an instant hit with 3-year old granddaughter. The slight abstractness of the dollies invites a lot of imaginative "pretending". I'll definitely be expanding the collection with other "Small World" dolls and most likely a "Doug and Melissa" dollhouse. Unlike other dolls these don't invite having their clothing stripped off and immediately lost, but that's only one of their good features. Even the packaging is sensible (compact and easy to retain and re-use).

The dolls are perfect for the Cherry Hill dollhouse I bought my granddaughter for Christmas. They fit nicely into the furniture that came with the house.
