Designed to fit onto either the right or left side of your existing dollhouse, the Real Good Toys Colonial Addition Kit 5044 - 1-Inch Scale is a breeze to install. Among its features are the traditional side-by-side working window and durable and charming gingerbread trim that measures 0.125-inch thick. Crafted from your choice of either durable MDF or plywood, this sturdy addition consists of two rooms with 0.375-inch thick exterior walls and grooved sidewalls. These ensure easy, one-step assembly and guaranteed durability. The floor-to-ceiling height measures an impressive 9.438 inches. Wooden shingles are provided for the roof, but shutters are not included in this kit. It's suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3. Recommended supplies include a hammer, fine-toothed saw, glue, utility knife, masking tape, sandpaper, paint, brushes, ruler, and brads.
