It features a single room plus rooftop balcony space accented by the exquisite edge trim and Federal-style accents. The floor-to-ceiling height is an incredible 10.5 inches. Crafted from 0.25-inch plywood and 0.375- and 0.5-inch MDF, this sturdy kit comes with stucco additive and step-by-step instructions and detailed drawings for easy set-up. This kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3. Recommended supplies include a hammer, fine-toothed saw, glue, utility knife, masking tape, sandpaper, paint, brushes, ruler, and brads.
