This realistic, 2-story historical design with decorative trim includes three spacious rooms and two smaller ones. Among its features are 0.25-inch and 0.375-inch floors finished with stained hardwood, painted interior trim, doors, and stairway complete with banister and landing rails, and silk-screened, non-working windows with shutters. Crafted from durable 0.375-inch MDF, the sturdy exterior walls boast milled clapboards. The interiors are wallpapered for a traditional look. This cottage also includes working doors, stained wooden roof shingles, and a rooftop crest that provides an attractive finishing touch. Please note that paint, glue, curtains, landscaping, and furnishings are not included. This exquisite kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3.
