These ensure easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and remarkable durability. Floor-to-ceiling height measures 4.5 inches on the first and second floors, and five inches in the attic. This kit comes with pre-assembled windows and doors. Recommended supplies include a hammer, fine-toothed saw, glue, utility knife, masking tape, sandpaper, paint, brushes, screwdriver, and ruler. It will take approximately 10 hours to assemble and finish. This exquisite kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3.
