Save yourself alot of money and frustration. The quality of this product is terrible. It is suggested that you buy wood filler. That is because the wood is so cheap, you have to use wood filler to get each piece smooth because if you sand too much you won't have anything left. The instructions are not eay to follow. I had to go to several websites that had pictures and how to's to work on the dollhouse. If you work on this every day, you might have it finished in 6 months. I cannot say anything good about this brand. I hope this review was helpful.
