It boasts a 9-inch floor to ceiling height. Add the final touches with your imagination. Recommended supplies include glue, masking tape, and a screwdriver. Please note that any furnishings or landscaping are not included. This exquisite kit is suitable for use by collectors. This dollhouse is made of MDF which places it somewhere in between the toy and collector categories. Have no fear, this house is truley easy to assemble. And the fit and finish are great. [...] Con #1: Mine didn't have any directions (still built with no trouble). Con #2: The glue is in a plastic jar; a tube with a nozzle would have made application easier.

Our eight-year old daughter wanted a dollhouse she could build herself, with our help. After feeling overwhelmed with some of the possibilities we decided upon this Quick Build model. Ultimately, we had Santa "build" and repaint the house so it was the same color as our home. It was very easy to assemble, is well-constructed and has already provided our daughter w/ endless hours of imaginative play!
