This 3-story house is available in two different durable construction options. Choose between milled plywood and MDF wall finishes. Exterior walls and floorboards measuring 0.375 inches thick are reinforced by grooved sidewalls. These ensure easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability. Both the chimney and pre-assembled windows have solid wood mullions. This unfurnished house comes with two assembled staircases, but shingles and acrylic are not included. This kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3. Recommended supplies include a hammer, fine-toothed saw, glue, utility knife, masking tape, sandpaper, paint, brushes, ruler, and brads. Assembly time will take approximately eight hours.
