This traditional 3-story house is available in two different durable construction options. Choose between milled plywood and MDF wall finishes. The decorative porch and other exceptional details reflect the uncompromising craftsmanship that went into the creation of this model, adding fanciful form to an already handsome design. It features sturdy 0.375-inch exterior walls and grooved sidewalls. These ensure easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability. This dollhouse will take approximately 30 hours to assemble and finish. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included. Recommended supplies include a hammer, fine-toothed saw, glue, utility knife, masking tape, sandpaper, paint, brushes, ruler, and brads. This exquisite kit is suitable for use by collectors. As it includes small pieces, it's not recommended for children under the age of 3.

I bought this farmhouse years ago. It's been laying around with only the bottom floor glued together. Well fast forward to last week. While cleaning I find the old house. I had built it wrong. useing the 2nd floor and the bottom floor. The instructions aren't too good at all. But I'm going to use the main floor as a 2nd even though it's thiner. Hope it works. it is going to be used by kids so I'm sure they won't mind. The house looks awesome though. tons of details. what you do with the inside is up to you? wall paper real lights the sky is the limit. Just really study it before you glue it.

I have done several of these homes, this is the first Victoria's Farmhouse. I have given some as gifts and others I have donated to non-profits orgainzations to have a raffle or whatever they want to raise money.
The details are great. I think the instructions could be a little bit better.

The only thing I would suggest is a CD. This would help in the building of the house. Seeing how most have a laptop or player to view it. It was a great time and enjoyed it.
