A popular plywood frame modeled from homes around the country, this cozy piece features long, pointed gables with elaborate decorative time, a charming porch, and slender, angled balconies that lend visual interest. There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and clapboard siding, each characteristic enhancing another. A perfect house for beginners, the Westville combines elegance and tradition without a misstep.

This dollhouse comes unassembled; approximate assembly time is 13 hours.

It also comes unfinished and ready to paint. Paint not included.

        This my first time putting together a dollhouse kit. The directions were easy to follow, it went together well and looks great. Some of the pieces were a little tight and a couple of directions were slightly difficult to understand, but we figured it out. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this house for beginners.

        Great hobby for someone who has to be at home most of the time. will make a great collectors item.You do need a lot of space to work on this, but that is to be expected. I am very happy I purchased this kit and expect to buy another one when I complete this one. must have patience and be willing to spend a lot of time on this project.

          This is definitely a quality product. It will probably take me months to complete. If you don't have time or aren't up for a minor challenge, go get a piece of plastic from China. If you want a real doll house, this will definitely do.

          My 5 year hasn't been able to help much during the early stages of assembly, but she seems to still be excited about it. I would imagine as we start painting she'll become more involved and will really be into it once it starts coming together.

            This house is a special activity to keep at our house for our grandchildren to play with every time they visit. It has been great fun to outfit the rooms and for the children to redecorate and move things around. It also teaches them to respect this house and all its contents. We are having great fun!
