I am on the final stage of the project, the shingles. The warm-up sheet was a great reference tool and I would highly suggest following all of the recommendations. Moreover, this was my first house and I found the instructions easy to follow. I would recommend putting the roof after the inside windows are in, that was the hardest part.
Great house and my four year old is in love with it.

The sheets have not been stamped well in the press so pieces of the veneer chip off as the individual pieces are removed from the master sheet. Most pieces had to be cut loose with an exacto knife to avoid chipping of the veneer. The veneer is more coarse than I expected. I have spent hours sanding piece by piece.

This kit is very nicely done. The only issues that I have is that some pieces require quite a bit of sanding and a knife is needed to separate some of the pieces as they are not cut very well.

I am very excited to receive your product. It arrived as expected and the box is in good condition. Once I open the items and verify the contents --I will be better able to share it's condition. I am not yet in receipt of the 5% discount in my billing. Please advise.

Nicely conceived and designed. For older children or collectors. It would be very helpful to provide accurate drawings of each step. Precut luan plywood parts often split and delaminate during separation. Be prepared to sand, fill, prime and paint very small parts for hours and hours. I started to put this together in January, expecting to finish in the time described. Although I have worked on it almost every day, It is the end of March and I am still not done.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt, but the shipper left the unprotected box in the snow outside my door. The box was sodden and falling apart, though no parts were missing.
