This is a beautifully detailed 1/2 scale dollhouse kit no bigger than a placemat.  Make it perfectly Victorian in every aspect, including a tower chamber, four fireplaces, and a wrap-around porch.  Includes 1/2 scale shingles in the kit, offers wide accessibility to all six rooms with two large hallways, spacious attic, and is compatible with Houseworks 1/2 scale components.  The Fairfield is a gem of a little house.

• This dollhouse comes unassembled; approximate assembly time is 10 hours.
• It also comes unfinished and ready to paint. Paint not included.

Recommended Supplies:  wood glue, sandpaper, latex paint, latex primer, stain, and a hot glue gun.
