This 1/2 Scale Country Farmhouse provides plenty of dollhouse play space with 42 percent more interior space than the 1/2 Scale Farmhouse. Baltic birch plywood comprise the floors, dividers, and roof, interior window, and door trim. Sturdy construction features 3/8 thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability.

Please note: The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting. Also, we recommend that children be at least 3 years old to play with this doll house.

Recommended Supplies

• Hammer, Fine Toothed Saw, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Screwdriver, Ruler
• Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are NOT included
