What We Like About this Dollhouse Kit

This classic little structure holds big extras for your dollhouse collection. Features include sturdy construction of 3/8 thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability. Inside you'll find fully assembled railings and a front door with interior trim. The hardwood flooring is installed and ready-to-finish.

Please note: The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting. This product is not recommended for children under the age of 3.

  • Hammer, Fine Toothed Saw, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Ruler
  • Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are NOT included
