A total of 14 spacious rooms and 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height make this a home a perfect size. A 1/8-inch thick durable gingerbread trim shines the spotlight on this rustic structure.
Features include: Sturdy construction with 3/8-inch thick exterior walls, moveable room dividers, and wooden shingles.
Please note: Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Glues, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Screwdriver, Ruler, 3/4 or 1 inch Brads.

Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
