Elegant French doors make this Colonial Addition intriguing in both form and function. Features include: Classic French Door to fit either the right or left side; two rooms with 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height; 1/8-inch thick durable gingerbread trim; sturdy construction of 3/8-inch thick exterior walls; and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit, and durability. Shutters not included (but are available to purchase separately). Each unit sold separately.

Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Fine Toothed Saw, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Ruler, 3/4 or 1 inch Brads.
*Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting.
