Real Good Toys Foxhall Manor Kit - 1 Inch Scale

Classic American motifs inspired the luxurious federal Real Good Toys Foxhall Manor Kit. The kit comes complete with a two-story front porch, curved balcony, all exterior doors, windows, decorative rails and trims, architectural moldings, a center hall that features two curved staircases and curved third floor landing rails, two skylights, and a Palladian dormer window for the center hall. With 11 glorious rooms, the Foxhall Manor is an elegant dollhouse that is sure to please even the most discerning collector.

This kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Foxhall, you will need approximately 1850 shingles (3/4 shingle X 3/4 reveal). Additions and/or porches are also available separately.

Recommended assembly supplies:

• Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit
• Paints
• Paint brushes

• 3/4 or 1-inch brads
• Elastic bands

Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included. Paint, glue, curtains, and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.

Overall dimensions include items that protrude, such as roof cresting. This item is not recommended for children under 3 years.
