Standard features include: sturdy construction with 3/8-inch thick exterior walls, moveable room dividers, and wooden shingles. Available upgrades sold separately are: custom ordered circular staircase, shutters, additions, and/or porches.
Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Glues, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Screwdriver, Ruler, 3/4 or 1 inch Brads.
