Its many features include: two Victorian Non-Working Windows, two rooms with 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height, sturdy construction of 3/8-inch thick exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability, and 3/8-inch thick upper floors. Wooden shingles for the roof. Shutters not included (but are available to purchase separately).
Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Fine Toothed Saw, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Ruler, 3/4 or 1 inch Brads.
*Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting.
