The Northview Dollhouse offers your miniature guests the freedom to come and go as they please. Kit includes a 8-inch Gingerbread Porch, 11-inch Gazebo Wraparound Porch and Colonial Addition. The 15 modest rooms feature 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height.
Features include: 1/8-inch thick durable gingerbread trim, and pre-assembled windows and doors. Standard features include: sturdy construction with 3/8-inch thick exterior walls, moveable room dividers, and wooden shingles. Available upgrades sold separately are: custom ordered circular staircase, shutters, additions, and/or porches.
Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Fine Toothed Saw, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Screwdriver, Ruler, Square, 3/4 or 1 inch Brads, Elastic Bands.
*Paint, glue, curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.
The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude, such as porches and roof cresting.
