What We Like About This Dollhouse

This unique, turn-of-the-century, Victorian cottage features ornate trim, fixed double-hung style windows, octagon shaped dormer windows, and a bay window. The house is constructed from plywood, while the shingles are made from birch veneers. Each floor has a divider wall that can be placed where you choose or left out completely for larger rooms. The detailed trim and decorative front porch add to its charming authenticity.

• This dollhouse comes unassembled; approximate assembly time is 8 hours.
• It also comes unfinished and ready to paint. Paint not included.

Recommended Supplies:  wood glue, sandpaper, latex paint, latex primer, stain, and a hot glue gun.
