Kit includes a 8-inch gingerbread porch, 11-inch gazebo wraparound porch and colonial addition. A total of 15 modest rooms and 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height comprise her shapely structure.
Features include: 1/8-inch thick durable gingerbread trim, and pre-assembled windows and doors. Standard features include: sturdy construction with 3/8-inch thick exterior walls, moveable room dividers, and wooden shingles.
Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Glues, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Screwdriver, Ruler, 3/4 or 1 inch Brads.
