What We Like About This Dollhouse

Look familiar?  You've probably seen this house in real life someplace in your travels!  Our Westville is a replica of a home sold by mail order catalogue at the turn of the century; we spotted this one in the little hamlet of Westville, New York.  Designed in the style of "Carpenter Gothic,"  the house features long pointed gables with elaborate decorative trim around the porch, balconies, and roof.  There are four large rooms and a spacious attic, as well as two bay windows and two balconies.  We've included shingles and clapboard siding to fully capture the look of that "little house by the side of the road" for your trip down memory lane.

• This dollhouse comes unassembled; approximate assembly time is 13 hours.
• It also comes unfinished and ready to paint. Paint not included.

Recommended Supplies:  wood glue, sandpaper, latex paint, latex primer, stain, and a hot glue gun.
