Very frustrating. Santa's elves usually don't make such mistakes. However, much better quality than Barbie plastic.

      Santa got this dollhouse for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas this past year. It was very easy to assemble, all of the hardware came in an organized hard plastic case, much better than a plastic bag. The instructions were easy to read and follow. It took less than an hour to put together with 2 people. My daughter LOVED it! She plays with it every day. I can tell this dollhouse will be well loved. I shopped around for weeks online before deciding on this one. I am very happy I waited!!
