I would like to thank Hayneedle for a affordable doll house. My purchase was on my doorstep in three days with free shipping at Christmas. I put it together in 3 1/2 hours with a little help from Mrs Clause. The instructions were extremely easy to follow and the packaging made it really easy to keep up with the pieces. My daughter loves it and plays with it daily.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Looks like the picture. Well crafted and sturdy. Furniture included was life-like. All pieces were included to assemble it-none missing! Granddaughter loved it.

in viewing the dollhouse, It is exactly what I was looking for for my granddaughter. I have not opened it as it is a cristmas gift. Delivery was faster than I expected, but I am giving it four stars because of the box was banged up and had holes.

This was a birthday gift for my 4 yr. old grandaughter. I assembled this with the help of my 22 yr old daughter. It took us approx. 3 1/2 hrs. We followed directions exactly and made only one mistake that set us back 1/2 hr. Alot of screws involved and really requires 2 people to make things go smoother.
When my grandaughter recieved this house she was speechless! It's taller than she and the elevator is a nice touch. She is using multiple sizes of dolls with this house. I am very pleased with this purchase. I recieved it exactly as predicted, within 3 days with free shipping. I would definitely purchas another

We had attempted to purchase a KidKraft My Dreamy Dollhouse through a major online retailer and the order was cancelled a week and half before Christmas (ordered 3 weeks before that time). My wife found one on Hayneedle.com and actually talked to a rep, confirmed availability and on-time for Christmas delivery. AND they delivered! It shipped the next day. They were excellent! It was the kind of customer experience we wish we had everywhere we shopped, both online and in-store.
